Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

8. Wrong User ID or Server ID

Customers must carefully check their game details before placing an order.

If the customer enters the wrong User ID, Server ID, or account information, Kissland Store is not responsible for delivery to the wrong account. Once the digital product is delivered, it cannot be reversed.

9. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

Kissland Store has the right to cancel, suspend, or block any user or order if we detect:

  • Fake payment screenshots
  • Payment bypass attempts
  • Unauthorized access
  • Use of developer tools to manipulate the website
  • Fraudulent chargebacks
